Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders below ₹1,999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Orders of ₹1,999 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING within India.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you through the contact details provided at checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work with our fulfillment and courier partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has another fulfillment-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Please do not return any product without receiving written instructions from The Rosary & Co.
