All orders placed with The Rosary & Co. are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other personal preference.

Because our products are made/processed specifically for each order, please carefully check the size chart, colour, product details, and order information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/video of the product and packaging. Each case will be reviewed and, where applicable, an appropriate resolution such as replacement will be provided.

Customers should not return any product without receiving prior written confirmation from The Rosary & Co.
