Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹1,999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Orders of ₹1,999 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING within India.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, colour preference, or personal preference.

Because products are made and processed specifically for each order, please check the size guide, colour, product details, and order information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. Please do not return any product without receiving written instructions from The Rosary & Co.
